Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School is situated in rural Cheshire, within easy reach of Junction 18 of the M6 motorway. The school was built in the late seventies, adjacent to the local Leisure Centre, to serve the small town of Holmes Chapel and the surrounding villages and has recently been extended and improved.
It is a mixed, non-denominational school, for 11 to 18 year olds, maintained by Cheshire County Council , with over 900 pupils on its role. The Sixth Form is well-established and students are able to choose to study a wide variety of A-Levels, additional GCSE subjects and GNVQ courses.
